Citazioni | (3) extended predication = π2ei:[[core predication](σ2)n](ei)
The “extended predication” contains an SoA [state of affairs] variable ei, which is specified by the core predication, predication operators π2, and Level-2 satellites σ2. Level-2 operators and satellites serve to locate the SoA designated by the core predication with respect to spatial, temporal, and cognitive parameters. The predication itself can be divided into three different levels: the “nuclear predication”, the “core predication”, and the “extended predication”. The relationships between these three levels of structure can be symbolized as follows:
(1) π2 ei: [[[π1 pred (arg)n] (σ1)n] (σ2)n] (e1)
