Pick distinguished between two forms of expressive agrammatism: frontal and temporal [...]. Frontal agrammatism corresponds most closely to the form of grammatical impairment that we commonly associate with Broca's aphasia. In Pick's terms, it is "telegrammatic", involving reduced complexity and occasional omission of function words and inflections.
